How can you say "no funding"?
Verizon is willing to support PEG- its up to the PEG station and how they
negotatiate in getting operational funds from subscribers- and it could
replenish capitol. The ACM is forcing negative propaganda down everyone's
throat from information on a few PEG's that didn't have the power to- or
didn't know how to- NEGOTIATE.
Talk with Reading, MA and Waltham, MA they were successful because they new
their rights.
Negoatiate and public access moves forward.
