What on earth are you talking about? - Winmx is not anonymous to use,  
and I am not aware of the RIAA using the cache servers of *any* p2p  
network to harvest users. 
It would be unnecessary with all but a few p2p systesm as the IP  
addresses of infringers are accessible to anyone who wants them.
