I buy all sorts of stuff. There are many good sellers on ebay, but also
some who don't seem to understand the concept of doing business.
Feedback is pretty worthless in most cases. I know of some sellers who
should be in jail who have pretty good feedback.
It can be helpful if you actually read the feedback and not look at the
numbers. I have complained to ebay and paypal and gotten no
satisfaction. You're main hope is to use a credit card, where you have
some protection. People who don't use paypal don't get my business.

Show me where I said this is ebay policy. You are reading things into
this that are not there.

Nope, I've been buying and selling on ebay since the beginning and I
think it's great. You can't just ignore the problems though. Ebay will
bend over backward for the seller, and do next to nothing for the
buyer. The seller's their bread & butter. The problem is you are
trusting people, and that's a pretty inconsistant group. It has it's
pitfalls.
