of course the number of units in production and also the number of users are
lower too, thus the number of complaints are lower. that doesn't take a
genius but then some people only see the piece of ice sticking out of the
top of the ice not the terrible issues below the surface. moreover,
apple/mac users are usually under the gun from the pc owners that they avoid
ever telling about their complications, for fear of being "I TOLD YOU SO!"

we know because we were there. and so were four of our comrades (who also
got rid of their mac's when they seen how seamless our pc's with avid
software were. :o) we've helped apple/mac loose a lot of business because
of how support and mac screwed us out of our warranty!
