It is a fraud.
This program is not from frontcode, the developers of winmx, who own
the trademark.
The version being advertised is "WinMX Music" v 4.2, not WinMX v 4.2
It is supposedly developed by Ares Galaxy Online, not Frontcode.

How can you trust scammers that steal someone else's trademark, then
use it deceptively to promote something else?
