Is more CPU power needed to decode an MP3 encoded with LAME at a low -q
setting than at a high -q setting? I have an MP3 player that has
horrible battery life, and I'm wondering if that's because most of the
stuff on it is encoded with LAME in VBR at -q 0. Is the processing
power, and therefore, battery usage, needed to decode these MP3s
signifiantly higher than for -q 2 or -q 5?
