I have to agree with Richard and Steve, it seems like one step too much for
you. It is a waste to shoot on 35mm and telecine to DVD. Your station would
only accept a master on BetaSP/DigiBeta. So your better off shooting on one
of them. With your budget, you could rent a camera, and a starting lighting
cameraman and some lights, and transfer it to your PC, adn deleiver on
Beta.
Just a thought.
