============

I use Tag&Rename when there are many files to be tagged. It can synchronize ID3v1 and v2
tags with the option of not overwriting existing fields, plus it has the usual tagging
functions such as build tag fields from filename, freedb lookup, etc.
When I need to tag only a few files, WinAmp works just fine.
