There are many solutions. There is only one that does the most with the
least effort in a single one-click form. Where the input can be a DVD (e.g.
PAL/NTSC) a AVI, MPEG, XVID, DIVX, ... and the OUTPUT can ve a NTSC or PAL
DVD. Finally, you can add chapter stops and a menu, each optional.
