The instr. manual told me to type in "0-0-2" and it looked like it was
changing the channel. So, you're right, I was accidentally on ch. 2
instead of input 2. It ended up recording! (It annoyed me that the rep
at Sharp's customer service center told me it was impossible to record
from analog to digital.) Now I am having problems playing it on my
ibook...
