I have a Pioneer DV717 which seems to be locked in standby??
I was using it as i always have, seamlessly, since the day i bought it, and
i had to pause it. I would say it was paused for about 5mins. When i resumed
playback, it shut off, and seems to be on standby ever since. No other
functions work, the remote will do nothing either, no other lights apart
from the power light illuminate, and i am totally baffled. Shutting it off
from the mains does nothing, so i am appealing for help!!
