Here is my report on the Turtle Beach USB surround soundcard. It does
a fantastic job for my purpose. It faithfully takes the digital
output from the laptop and input into my stereosystem totally
unadulterated! To be fair, I do have a very good stereo system to
begin with. Now I can enjoyo DTS, surroundsound, ..... you name it,
via my laptop with the Turtle beach soundcard. S/H $28.99 from
Newegg. If you play movies from your laptop and input into a descent
stereo system, you need this baby. Highly recommend. Thanks for the
good idea.
