Note that many wedding videographers prefer to use
small pocket-size MD recorders rather than wireless.
They have better quality and better reliability per dollar
than wireless of any brand/model/price.

You have identified the genere which many of us
consider to be the least expensive reaonably reliable
wireless microphone kit. Annything selling for much
less than that is an unreliable plastic toy and unworthy
of invenstment.

You could do the usual shopping around (Froogle, etc.)
and consider "B-stock" or factory refurbished. I rather
like factory refurbs as they are good as new (IMHO)
while significantly cheaper.

I would not buy anything much cheaper than that.
Better to rent than throw money away on an unreliable
plastic toy wireless mic.

Whatever gives you the least interference (both transmit
and receive) at the location at the time of the event.
