we do work for a client similiar as you speak and our agreement says clearly
that the client is soley responsible for the content of the program and that
we produce said program at their direction and instruction and that we (our
company) is to be held harmless to which the client is responsible for
defending us in any claim or legal action therein.
with this, we don't care what transpires, we're held harmless in the action
and it is the clients reponsibility to insure that such action is
demonstrated.
