"Hold harmless" agreements apply only to the parties to the contract, not to
third parties. If someone wants to sue you over a production, they will and
a contract with a producer holding you harmless will not shield you from
liability. Your only recouse would be to sue the producer for indemnity,
i.e. you'll not only have to defend a lawsuit, but you'll have to prosecute
a counterclaim as well.
