I recorded some footage in 50 frame per second rate(PAL). I just want
to trim the footage in Adobe Premier Pro and put it back to the minidv
tape and send it to the editor for enhancement and further edit. I
noticed that Adobe sets video in 25 frame per second. My questiona
are- (1) by changing the frame rate, am I going to loose the quality of
the footage? (2) do all editing software capture the video in 25 frame
modes even though the video was shot in 50 frame rate? (3) am I going
to get better picture if I both shoot and import in 25 frame mode?

I would greatly appreciate your comments.
