THE RISE OF THE RELIGIOUS RIGHT:
BYE BYE HAVANA (reviewed by Michael Rankins, overall score 79/100):
"The street-level imagery of Bye Bye Havana clutches the viewer's throat
with undeniable power. Seeing the people of Cuba living in rampant
squalor, even as their government goes blithely along pretending that
the socialist revolution has been a resounding success for all
concerned, delivers a rabbit punch to the audience's collective
conscience."

CHUBBY HUBBY WORKOUT: BUILDING A BETTER HUSBAND (reviewed by David
Johnson, overall score 75/100):
"I get why they wanted to incorporate the sports motions and the balls
and stuff, but the obvious question I kept asking myself was: why not
just play those damn sports? Then you'll burn like quadruple the
calories and not have to pretend you're throwing a baseball by yourself
in your basement."

CIMARRON (reviewed by Steve Evans, overall score 76/100):
"The film just hasn't aged well."

THE CINCINNATI REDS 1975 WORLD SERIES: COLLECTOR'S EDITION (reviewed by
Ryan Keefer, overall score 77/100):
"What is great about the A&E/Major League Baseball reclamation
projects is to see lost classics like this brought back again in a
digital media. And you can probably count on one hand the number of
people with VCRs in the late '70s."

DAN AYKROYD UNPLUGGED ON UFOS (reviewed by David Ryan, overall
score 65/100):
"If Aykroyd is nothing more than an actor who's a knowledgeable UFO
buff, why should you pay to listen to him? The answer is you probably
shouldn't. Unless you are a deep true believer, or an Art Bell junkie,
you'd be better served by other UFO-related discs, such as the
outstanding Unsolved Mysteries UFO collection."

EVERY TIME WE SAY GOODBYE (reviewed by Neal Masri, overall score
65/100):
"The story of forbidden love thriving between two people from different
worlds is older than Romeo and Juliet. It is an inherently dramatic
conflict. Unfortunately, a screenplay filled with cliched dialogue and
slightly off key performances hampers that drama here."

FLESH FOR OLIVIA (reviewed by Mitchell Hattaway, overall score 45/100):
"Despite its brief running time and lack of plot, I did learn several
things from Flesh for Olivia. First of all, if you want to get your
blonde, big-boobed, lesbian roommate to drop her inhibitions and join
you in a lesbian sex act while your killer pimp watches, it will require
a pint of Jack Daniels."

NBA: MAGIC JOHNSON: ALWAYS SHOWTIME (TWO-DISC SPECIAL EDITION) (reviewed
by David Johnson, overall score 85/100):
"Nothing against Glover, who kicked enough Predator and Busey ass
to earn himself my good graces, but the guy delivers this track
with so much syrup, it was as if he was proclaiming the Gospel to a
leper colony."

SINS OF THE CHILDREN (reviewed by Bill Gibron, overall score 79/100):
"Honestly, if you can get through the first 30 minutes of this movie,
you will eventually enjoy the syrupy, soap-operaish ride."
FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/sinschildren.php
SLIGHTLY STOOPID: LIVE IN SAN DIEGO (reviewed by Bill Gibron, overall
score 82/100):
"Are you still longing for the days when SoCal skate-heads Sublime mixed
ganja with gansta to create a kind of marijuana-induced pro-party vibe?
Are you the kind of person who doesn't mind missing the odd lyric as
long as the aural ambience is right?"

WITH GOD ON OUR SIDE: GEORGE W. BUSH AND THE RISE OF THE RELIGIOUS RIGHT
(reviewed by Brett Cullum, overall score 88/100):
"Faith and politics seem to make uneasy partners, yet here is a movie
that spells out exactly how inseparable the two have become. In a
country that prints 'In God we trust' on every single dollar bill, it
makes sense."
