Bizarre. Xpress Pro HD works OK for HDV with a P4-3.06 and 1GB RAM, and
that's doing native MPEG-2 editing, not using an intermediate codec
like Premiere.
(I think I'm right that Premiere transcodes HDV when capturing?)
