Which has NOTHING TO DO with what I said about stamping a disc
layer.

Which is exactly what I said, ie "only the master is different". The
layer stamping,metalization process, and laminating is the same...

All they need are the blue spectrum lasers to cut the masters with.,
and the newer, thinner layer baseline strata.
