Why? Because I find it too large, too complex...naturally, the complexity
begets size. And features. However, many of the "features" will never be
used by the vast majority of people and they are confused by them. I seem
to remember that the syntax used in Nero was rather strange too.
I have no recommendations anymore as CDExtreme is no longer readily
available. Personally, I use an old version (4.50) of RecordNow MAX which
is the same thing, just a slightly different GUI. It does audio, data, DVD,
images, mixed mode and boot CDs. Not to mention handling filenames up to
212 characters. Why would I want more? And only 8MB installed vs Nero's
what?...50 MB?
