Media Monkey works on 2K. It doesn't move files around and doesn't care
where they are. You can organize your files however you want or not at all
as long as there's enough tag info to suit your needs. The free version

To straighten out your tagging problems I'd suggest Mp3Tag
http://www.mp3tag.de/en/ and www.musicbrainz.org
