I have some VHS tapes and some DVD's I want to record full frame and record 
custom recordings to either CD or DVD with chapters.  I am not interested in 
fancy features, just simple recording, adding chapters, and then burn to a 
media.  Prime intention, recording Tae Kwon Do forms from VHS and add 
chapters for each form and then burn to DVD/CD (less than 1 hr).  I do not 
want to loos any more quality than necessary and would like to have full 
resolution.  What redording resolutions do I need to ensure full resolution 
for VHS and for DVD?  I am considering the Plextor ConvertX PX-AV100U from 
Tiger Direct.  Thanks.
