Keep in mind that the above, normally abbreviated PL for Private Line,
is no guarantee of non-interference. You won't to hear the others on
the frequency, and they won't be able to hear you. That much is true.
However, if two transmitters are on the same frequency, interference
will indeed occur, and will manifest itself by reduced range, dropped or
garbled transmission, or a complete inability to connect.

PL is great for sharing a frequency, but it's better to have a clear
channel.
