I use www.poikosoft.com to rip. It is not freeware, but isn't expensive. It
has numerous options. One is to "Delete leading and trailing silence."
Another is "Single File Output." You could rip only those two tracks with
the Single File Output checked.
The program was written by a single fellow in Finland who devotes himself
full time to the product. Updates are monthly.
