Not a chance. WinMX utterly stomps Shareazza.

I've got both, and while Shareazza sometimes (but not terribly often)
has something that WinMX doesn't, WinMX is by far more likely to find
the files I want and download them within a reasonable amount of time.
If anything, Shareazza has a more versatile client program, but that
matters little if all you're trying to do is find the files you want
and download them. Despite reports that WinMX went down when FrontCode
was served a "cease & desist" letter by the recording industry, the
network itself is alive and well.
