 In general I like Netflix service.  Their website, queue controls,
 waiting status for certain DVDs, convenience are things I like.
 Sometimes it can take several days, maybe 5 or 6 days, longer with
 holiday weekends to get your DVDs.  I dislike the way Netflix says "in
 about one day."
