Scotland missed the last two world cups... true...
(Whilst drawn into what the media termed *The Group of Death*)
They DID, however, qualify for the previous EIGHT!
(And their coach from the first non qualified one and half way through the
curren,t was a total knob jockey who couldn't string together a sentence let
alone a tactical series of passes. (Think.. Ericsson as an
underacheiver....;' ) )
As soon as he was out the door Scotland's gamne immediately improved, so
much so they nearly made it to qualifying, but the damage was done in the
previous games.
