It's a common problem with some video files due to windows trying to
index them or some such (of course I'm not using the right jargon, sue
me). There's information about it in several forums with different ways
of getting rid of them. If you leave the directory open with the file
selected for long enough 5-15 minutes then the windows process will
finish and you can move/delete the file.

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
