Has anyone actually ordered something from them in the last four or five
months and actually received anything?
I only ask because i currently have one disc missing, and pretty soon that
will become two!!! I've tried contacting them, but they don't answer
e-mails, or the phones? So i've now contacted my credit card company, and
they claim to have had other complaints about DVDSoon. I asked how many
complaints do they have to get, before they take away from them their
facility to accept credit cards (I meant it sarcastically, never expecting
them to answer), but they told me that they HAVE had enough complaints to
warrant an investigation into whether the company are operating properly,
with a view to getting their credit card facilities removed...
Now i don't want to be part of this, if it just turns out to be an
unfortunate coincidence on my part. But it seems strange that since they've
been taken over, i've not received anything from them. Both discs that i
ordered they claimed were in stock, but no, it took at least a month for
either to be dispatched. Anyway, i'm boring myself now all this talk of
DVDSoon...
The only thing i will say, my credit card company, tried contacting them.
They (DVDSoon) are obviously registered with the Visa people, and my bank
tried phoning them with a number they obtained through the visa
organisation, and that was a no longer used number, which they claim in
itself was enough to warrant them losing their ability to process credit
card transactions.
So, has anyone ordered and received anything from them recently...
