Well, sure, they can speak a foreign language. ;)
Okay, seriously, I think you're right -- we see many foreign films that
consist of . . . people just talking! Great films that could never be made
here -- nothing getting blown up, no tricky plots, no
rap-stars-turned-wannabe-actors, etc.
