3.54b4 allows users to better control what to share in their libraries, for instance you
can share a folder and disable sharing of certain files inside that folder; you can
specify file types to be shared in a specific folder. Libraries are not hot-swappable in
3.54b4. Also your "full path" shows differently in search results.
Share lists may (or seem to) take longer to be uploaded to OpenNap servers; they are
uploaded concurrently in 3.54b4.
IIRC, there is no difference as far as queuing and transfers are concerned.
