Good advice all around.
I'd just add that if you're going to be processing this with an NLE, you
should realize that many of them have algorithms that can reduce
moderate camera shake AFTER THE FACT, but they rely essentially on
underscanning the image in post and then moving the block of
underscanned pixels around the frame in a way that produces a locked
looking shot.
Clearly this doesn't work for really active motion, just for a bit of
shudder or instability.
Long winded way to say that I'd keep in the back of my mind that I might
be processing in this way so I'd give my typical framing a bit more
edge room than normal, to allow for this shudder reduction in post.
