Not that it helps you but in my experience they've certainly been the
best of the bunch and I've tried them all! MyMovieStream.com I found
very good as well.
I've been using Amazon for four months and have only not been sent my
first choice once. I've had a few discs as well sent out for rental on
the day of release too.
Have you complained to them or just the newsgroup? IME if you can
actually get an e-mail from a real human being and not a robot they seem
fairly willing to send vouchers or free DVD credits to make it up to you.
