You could have a "bad" incomplete file. With WinMX off, locate the
folder used as your incoming folder and move any incompletes from that
folder to a new one. Then restart WinMX. Move the incompletes, one at
a time, back to your incoming folder and hit Load Incomplete on the
Transfers page after each move. If you get the same error after
reloading a file, delete that file from the incoming folder.
