Hello,

I am currently working on my Eagle Scout, and I am creating an
educational video for my final service project that will be broadcast
through the CCTV systems of local elementary schools.

I have about a $0 budget, so my current plan is to buy a camcorder used
and resell it after we finish the project. There is a JVC GY300U for
sale locally for $900 (it comes with some extra accesories like a wide
angle lens adapter and a camera light).

However, it seems like there are very few of these for sale so it is
hard for me to accurately gauge the value of this camera. If I bought
this camera, would I be able to resell it within the next couple of
months (on ebay, most likely) for about what I bought it for? Or would
I be better off with an industry standard, like the GL1 or vx1000?
