Well, I suppose someone could write some sort of program to decode an 
embedded music file. But I don't know of any existing tool that runs on 
a phone and performs this function. 
However, there are some phones which play various sound formats. So, 
you need to do several things. 
 
1. Decide what format you want. 
2. Find a phone that plays that format 
3. CHECK TO ENSURE that the phone allows YOU to provide a file in that 
format. Some of the phones I have read about play only tunes that you 
buy through the phone provider's online store. That's way too 
proprietary for me.
