I'm just curious why this is "completely" wrong. The on or off thing
may not be good wording. I meant that a sync pulse is not measured for
its voltage level. It changes in natures at vertical sync time.
Sometimes it is chopped up for a Macrovision scheme. It should be
higher in level than the video signal.
Tell me where I am in in error.
