In one of my sons audio books the pitch is all wrong and the speed is much
to high, it sounds as if it was mickey mouse on speed that read that book.
In all likelihood the sampling frequency of the MP3/WMA is simply stated
wrong in the file header.
I now need something to edit this sample frequency information without
changing anything else in the file.
What utility will do this for me ?
(Working on a PC with Windows XP).
Sorry if I ask a stupid question, but I have not been able to find anything
usefull in the million of hits a search for changing sample rate returns
from google.
