Yeah, but David, if you were really rich, your share of that burden has
dropped tremendously thanks to the Bush tax cut. Everyone else pays,
not only in tax dollars, but in reduced social programs and benefits and
a tottering social security network, a huge deficit, none of which Mr.
Bush has been able to solve.
Did you know that the Iraq war will cost at least $20,000 per U.S.
household? Here's a question I think is quite fair: if you had a chance
to start again, knowning the cost, would you still choose to "invest"
that much money in this particular project? Especially when the
planners and administrators admit they can't tell you how long it will
take or what the real cost will be?
