You can't remove forced previews with DVDShrink without also removing all
menus ("Reauthor Mode"). Only PGCedit will do that. What you can remove is
"Phohibited User Options" (or PUO's) which enables you to skip them
manually. If there are six or seven of them this can be pretty tedious.
