Well, to obscure yourself a bit better - WWW.IOPUS.com/iPIG & how
about BLOCKTARDS ?? - I think that was what it is called.
iPIG is an access to a Virtual Private Network - which pops out in USA
&/or Germany.
Of course, it's even "better" if one can hitch a ride of someone
else's Wi-Fi network - the finger of suspicion points at them - not
you.
One Yankee woman was able to refute that SHE had up/downloaded stuff
solely because she was operating an "open" Wi-Fi system which any of
her neighbors could have accessed. That squelched the RI Arseholes of
America's legal team in court !
