You could get a couple of cables with female XLR on the
Panny end, and male RCA on the Sony end. But it is possible
that the output level from the Panny may be too great for the
Sony to handle. If the output levels on the Panny are adjustable,
that would solve that problem.
But it would be much quicker/easier to use the headphone
output on the front of the Panny to feed into the Sony DVD
recorder. You can find cable (and adapters, if necessary)
likely in stock at any Radio Shack. This would give you
likely identical performance at a fraction of the cost of getting
XLR adapter cables, etc.

You should not need a mixer in any case to go from pro-
level XLR to conusmer-level RCA.
