You will need to more precisely define "send out".
This has nothing to do with "lingo". It has everything
to do with what is the best method.
Does "send out" mean to a single recipient? or many?
Is this a "push" (where you send it), or can it be a
"pull" where the recipient goes to retrieve it. Is this
a one-off exercise, or do you need to do it on some
kind of regular basis. How often? What format is
the best for this exchange? What kind of computer
do you have? What about the recipient(s)? What
are they going to do with it? Just view it? Use it
to edit into something else? Burn to a DVD? Does
the content need to be protected from unauthorized
use? etc. etc. etc.
