Yes, that's what I'm referring to. Essentially, what I ultimately want
to do is build something in C# that will take a .wav that contains MP3
encoded data and convert it to a .mp3. My major question is, is this
possible without decoding/reencoding the MP3 data? This is important
because if I need to reencode (without an ACM codec) then I need to pay
the fun patent license fee.
