ALL-AMERICAN GIRL: THE COMPLETE SERIES (reviewed by Brett Cullum,
overall score 85/100):
"Its problem was that it wasn't good or bad. It was just there. It had
some funny bits, but mostly the show was holding back. It felt stilted,
like a cookie-cutter show. The cookies that came out were peanut butter
chocolate chip oatmeal M&M toffee raisin crunch -- just too many
ingredients to keep up with. It was never clearly defined, and it had no
clear direction."

BEWITCHED: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON (reviewed by Cynthia Boris,
overall score 90/100):
"You see, I wasn't raised in a cocktails before dinner household, so I
was always terribly impressed by how very shee-shee it was to have a
martini waiting for you when you came home from the office."

CAILLOU'S FAMILY FUN (reviewed by Rob Lineberger, overall score 80/100):
"Like the French Canadian answer to Sesame Street, Caillou
intersperses animated stories with puppet shows and live-action shots
of dancing kids."

CHARMED: THE COMPLETE THIRD SEASON (reviewed by Ryan Keefer, overall
score 76/100):
"And besides, you've got to stick around for the character that gets
killed off at the end of the season. Is it Milano, for being distant
with Doherty? Is it Doherty, who was repeating a pattern of bad
behavior? Is it Combs, who couldn't stand the childishness of both
people? You want to watch now, just admit it."

DEVIL DOG: HOUND OF HELL (reviewed by David Johnson, overall
score 75/100):
"What happens when a dog is infused with the powers of Satan and let
loose upon an unsuspecting family? Mysterious deaths? The wife turning
into a whore? Excessive drooling? Yes!"
FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/devildog.php
THE FLINTSTONES: SEASON FOUR (reviewed by Paul Corupe, overall
score 86/100):
"The earlier reliance on classic sitcom plots returns even quicker than
most anticipated this season, and it's back to the overplayed
misunderstandings, embarrassing turns of fate, and pratfalls that made
the show so popular in the first place."
FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/flintstonesseason4.php
THE HILARIOUS HOUSE OF FRIGHTENSTEIN (reviewed by Paul Corupe, overall
score 78/100):
"The Hilarious House of Frightenstein is not a particularly 'good' show.
Don't get me wrong, I've watched this series almost my whole life and I
love it dearly, but not even I will tell you that it's well made,
enlightening, or even particularly funny."
FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/frightenstein.php
NED AND STACEY: THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON. (reviewed by Chris Claro,
overall score 90/100):
"Fast-forward 30 years, and neither single women nor unmarried corporate
climbers are exactly anomalies. The very idea that an employee would be
denied advancement based on marital status is inflammatory enough that
just thinking about it could get an executive sued. Ned and Stacey asks
the question of whether such a preposterously retrograde idea could be
the basis of a comedy in the 1990s. The answer is, 'sort of.'"

NICK JR. FAVORITES VOLUME 2 (reviewed by David Johnson, overall
score 85/100):
"Nick Jr. has issued this little sampler of its popular shows,
presumably to wow the hapless parent into buying full-blown discs for
each individual show."
FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/nickjrfavoritesvol2.php
THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW: 20TH ANNIVERSARY DVD COLLECTION (reviewed by
Patrick Naugle, overall score 82/100):
"Is this six-disc set worth picking up? Definitely, if you're an Oprah
Winfrey mega-fan."
FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/oprah20thanniv.php
SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS: WHERE'S GARY? (reviewed by David Johnson, overall
score 85/100):
"If you dig the sponge, this disc will treat you right -- though I'm
sure you've seen each one of these episodes at least 50 times already."
FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/sbspwheresgary.php
THE WHITE SHADOW: SEASON ONE (reviewed by Brendan Babish, overall
score 80/100):
"Thankfully, The White Shadow does enough things right to overcome
occasional overwrought drama and amateurish acting. Its biggest strength
is that, for a drama from the '70s, this show actually tackles some
pretty daring issues."
