THat's great info - thanks for your detailed description.
I will certainly take a look at recommending Ulead for both levels of
user.
I am surprised to hear the issues with rendering speed on recent
versions of FCS and G5 though. I know rendering time was an issue in
the early days of HD and considered a major advantage of Avid vs. FCS
but that seems to have changed. I'd be curious as to what other
multi-system editors are experiencing and if this is a common thread.
