That's pretty much it. I'm not sure if there is a way to do this, but my
digital cable box has composite A/V output jacks and those are what I want
to use.
Is there a way to tell the DVD/VCR combo to take the input only from the
composite jacks?
I hate using the coaxial RF for digital cable.
I tried bypassing the DVD player and just going from the cable box to the
TV via composite - and that works fine, so I know the cable box is
shooting out signals. Sam with the DVD player, I can output to the TV
via the composite, for when I play a DVD I can hit the input button on the
TV and have it set to "ext" - the inputs. Its a twelve year old
Mitsubishi TV I'm surprised it lasted this long.
I'm in the USA if that makes a difference.
