All you are doing is copying DATA from one place (hard drive) to
another (a blank disc); therefore, you want to make a data disc.
Doing so will never mess up tags but it may truncate file names
depending upon whatever length constraint is set by/in the burning
program. What constraints or options for same are used by Nero, I
have no idea but some programs allow up to 200+ characters.
