Simple!
Go to Best Buy or Circuit City.
Buy a GERMAN Made PCR-250 model comes with WINTV 2000 SW.
Yiu can capute any format:
DVD, VCD, SVCD,etc.
Then use TMPGEN SW to burn or Nero, etc!
Three years ago, PVR-250 model cost me $150.0!
Now still work and reliable!
