I recently started watching a favorite TV series' episodes on DVD but
can't get the CC captions to show. In the menu section there are two
choices for English, one says something about 2.0 and the other 5.0
"in stereo". Below all choices under "Audio controls" is posted
"Closed Captions for the hearing impaired." I've tried selecting both
and still I get no closed captions. Can someone tell me if there's a
way to activate them?
